Whenever you speak to people about any renovations (indoor or outdoor) they have had done, all you usually hear about are disasters. As a single mother with two teenage boys I must admit that I was therefore nervous embarking on a large landscaping project, for fear that I wouldn't be able to navigate the tradie world if something was not done right. Well, I can't even describe how opposite to these negative experiences my experience has been with Adam and his team. I really can't speak highly enough of Adam and all his staff. Starting with the initial planning and quoting through to the completion, Adam and his team were courteous, professional and 100% focused on getting the outcome exactly how I wanted. I even had a retaining wall that, due to previous construction work on my block not being symetrical (not done by Adam's team) it caused part of our original plan to not look right when first constructed. The assymetry was so subtle no-one would have seen it until we attempted to construct other landscaping around it. Despite the immense hassle of therefore needing to change the original construction Adam never waivered from his primary goal that I be 100% happy with the finished product. Overall, the outcome of my backyard is perfect and my interaction with Adam and his staff was so easy, supportive, professional, and respectful of my needs that I would recommend them to anyone. They truly are the exception to the rule in the renovation / landscaping industry.

After years of neglect on my behalf, A1 Landscaping & Fencing did an incredible job paving my backyard – and turned into a space I want to spend time in. From start to finish, Adam and his team were nothing short of professional, hard-working, and friendly when preparing the area, disposing of rubbish and laying the pavers. On top of completing the job to a high-quality standard, the boys went out of their way to remove additional rubbish I has accumulated, as well as dug up some troublesome roots in my front garden. Nothing was too much trouble. Adam offered helpful advice, always willing to answer questions before, during and after the job. I highly recommend this terrific local company. A job well done!

They have a wonderful 'can do' attitude and are really able to do everything - from putting in external power points to building a pergola to building a deck...and all in record time! We had a great experience with Adam from the beginning. We had previously had a design for our courtyard procured, and after the initial onsite quote for our chosen design was over our budget, Adam came back and discussed different aspects of the project that could be changed so that we would get the same overall look but within our budget which we really appreciated. His whole team were friendly, courteous and professional and whenever we asked for something to be altered or added during the construction process it was never a bother or too much trouble, they were very easy to deal with and in the end we have a great result.
